After creating a booking, you can upload a screenshot of a cheaper fare from a competitor. The driver can accept, decline, or make a counter offer.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe payment processor.
You can cancel a booking from your booking details page. Refunds are processed according to our cancellation policy.
